Good Alternatives for Treating Acne


Have you tried many treatments, including harsh chemicals, for you acne, and they havent't worked? Well if so here are some natural alternatives to control acne:
1) Oatmeal mask:
-Warm up some oatmeal/water in a microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool down, and when it's slightly warm apply it to the face
-Leave on for 30 minutes.
-Do this for a week continuously. Then for every other day for one-two months. Then, 2-3 times a week. You will see a difference.

2)Honey-Tea Mask:
-Warm up some green tea.
-Dump out the liquid or Drink the tea.
-Mix some honey into the damp tea leaves.
-Apply on skin
-Leave on for 15-20 min.
-Do this 2-3 times a week. Good for acne/brightening the skin for a healthy glow

3)Rice water toner
-Soak some rice in water for about 5-10 minutes.
-Dump the water into a container.
-Mix some witch hazel or rosemary extract or even sea salt
-Use everyday as a light toner
